At Safelypay Marketplace, we strive to offer the best quality products and services to our customers. Our return and refund policy has been devised to make your shopping experience pleasant and satisfactory.
- Returns Policy:
- This policy will apply to damaged goods or goods showing clear defects as came from the factories so.
- You can claim return also on goods with damaged packaging if you are not satisfied with the content in the belief that someone tempered with the content
- You may even return wrong orders – In a case where you ordered a red (for example) item and you received the correct item but wrong colour
- Other wrong orders you may return – In a case where you ordered a particular item and you received the completely incorrect item.
- If the return is necessary due to a defect or an error on Safelypay Marketplace’s part, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
- For all other reasons, including buyers remorse or a change of mind, the customer is obligated to sustain any shipping cost.
- If an exchange is desired, Safelypay Marketplace will make every effort to accommodate the customer upon receipt of the item being returned.
- Products bought online at Safelypay Marketplace are shipped F.O.B. (Freight On Board) and become the sole property of the purchaser/customer upon receipt and acceptance by the purchaser/customer.
- If an item is damaged during shipping, the customer should notify Safelypay Marketplace immediately so that they can file a claim with the carrier.
- On occasion that we host third-party sellers, returns will be sent back to the Seller instead of Safelypay Marketplace website. Customers should always view the Seller’s return policy before making any purchase.
- If a customer orders an out-of-stock item from Safelypay Marketplace, they will be emailed when the product becomes available. Safelypay Marketplace will not charge the customer’s credit card for any back-ordered item or their shipping costs until the order is shipped
- Customers can return any item purchased directly from Safelypay Marketplace’s website within 30 days of receipt of shipment. The original sales receipt and return authorization from Customer Service must accompany all returns.
- Items can be exchanged within 30 days for a different size, color, or an entirely different item.
- Refund Policy:
- Refunds will be considered only after all possible avenues for resolution, such as exchange, re-purchase voucher, etc. have been exhausted.
- If a refund is deemed necessary, it will be processed using the original method of payment.
- The timeline for refunds may vary depending on the nature of the issue and the complexity of the solution provided.
- Exclusions:
- Our Returns/Refund Policy does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications to the product or service.
- Products that are damaged, altered, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a return or exchange.
- Safelypay Marketplace reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds for products or services that have been altered or tampered with after purchase.
- Sale items, custom-made, and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- How to Initiate a Return/Refund (The Process):
- (I) Initiate Return/Exchange/Refund:
- Contact our customer service team via email or phone to initiate a return or exchange. Provide your order details and reason for the return.
- (ii) Receive Return Label:
- We will send you a prepaid return shipping label via email.
- (iii) Package and Send:
- Pack the items securely and attach the return label. Drop off the package at the nearest partner store.
- (IV) Inspection and Refund/Exchange:
- Once we receive and inspect the items, we will process your refund or exchange as requested. Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

- Customer Responsibilities:
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the nature of the issue to facilitate a prompt resolution.
- Any costs incurred for returning products to Safelypay Marketplace for inspection or repair will be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.
- All returned items must be in their original condition, unused, unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact. Products that are damaged, altered, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a return or exchange
- Modification of Policy:
- Safelypay Marketplace reserves the right to modify or update this Returns/Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other communication channels.
